Consumer Warning: Ask for proof of Fundamental Training and Advanced Microstroke Training Certificates, as well as Washington State cosmetic tattoo license (which by law, is required by the Dept of Licensing) before choosing your technician. In the hands of untrained and inexperienced people, the risk of scarring, skin damage, and poor color results can occur. Experienced and Advanced procedure training is extremely important.
